Availability of services is contingent on weather and we may adjust or cancel services as necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter reservation requirements include:

  • Being 18 years or above
  • Submitting correct and full details
  • Payment of a booking deposit as outlined in your confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon payment receipt and our written affirmation. We retain the discretion to decline service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

We are subject to charter availability and to favorable weather conditions. Our intention is to accommodate your requested schedule wherever feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are provided in £ and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Price alterations may occur without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Payment: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
  • Final amount: To be settled 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Additional fees (if applicable): To be settled after the charter service is rendered

4.3 Payment Methods

We welcome payments through major credit cards, bank wire transactions, and certified cheques. Payments are securely processed using encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Canceling over 72 hours before departure: Full refund subtracting processing costs
  • Canceling between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% is refunded
  • Canceling less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where unsafe weather conditions are determined by our captain, options include:

  • Rescheduling your charter without extra charge for the nearest available slot
  • Issuing a complete refund if rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there are mechanical issues with the assigned vessel, efforts will be made to arrange an alternate. If this is not viable, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Adhere to all directions from the crew
  • Utilize prescribed safety gear as necessary
  • Inform us of any medical issues that can affect their safety
  • Stay within designated zones on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Articles

It is forbidden to bring the following items on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of drinks beyond reasonable consumption
  • Pets (unless they have been pre-authorized)

6.3 Behavior

All passengers are to behave in a manner considerate of others. We reserve the right to curtail a charter without refund if any guest's conduct endangers safety or interrupts others' enjoyment.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability is capped at your charter's cost. We hold no responsibility for:

  • Personal harm resulting from your lack of caution
  • Loss or destruction of personal effects
  • Indirect, resulting, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to weather or events outside our control

7.2 Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is in effect, covering our fleet and operations. Charterers are accountable for securing personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

By partaking in our charter services, you concede that maritime activities have inherent dangers and you embrace the responsibility for your own safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Changes to itineraries, routes, or timetables may be necessary due to weather, safety, or operational considerations. We aim to provide equal alternative experiences whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not to be held accountable for disruptions or modifications stemming from external forces out of our control, which may encompass:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Official governmental restrictions
  • Harbor shutdowns
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you are consenting to data collection and usage as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
